Help about Online Ordering

1. Search for your desired article and you will get information regarding each color and the price. To order the article, please select the size. Delivery times will be displayed. Now you can add the article to the shopping cart. If you want to add other articles, then choose further articles and repeat the same step. The new articles will be added to your shopping cart.

2. You can view, change or empty the content of the shopping cart if you click on 'Shopping Cart' on the top of the page. You can manage your shopping cart here. You delete all articles with the button ‚Delete articles’.
Four steps are required in order to buy an article, displayed on the top of the page: 1. Shopping Cart 2. Customer Details 3. Delivery & Payment 4. Verify & Order. In order to give you an overview of where you currently are.

3. By clicking on the button 'Customer Details' you will be forwarded to a page where you can register as a new customer or as an existing customer. If you already logged in, then your details will remain active till you close the window of underwear-shopping.de.

4. After logging in (as an existing customer), you reach your previous billing and delivery addresses as well as your delivery and payment details. You can change any item as desired. There is also the possibility to newly configure your ‚Customer details’.
As a new customer, please enter all the details required for an order. The details will be handled discretely pursuant to the General Terms & Conditions. Your details will be saved when clicking on ‚Next to Delivery & Payment’. Your address serves as the default for your billing and delivery addresses. You can change these as desired in the second step.
As a new customer, please enter your payment method at this stage.

5. Should you have a voucher code, you can enter this under ‚Shopping Cart’, ‚Redeeem Voucher'.

6. Now you will have an overview of your details and your chosen articles. You can come back here to change your details or click on the button 'Send Order'. In this case you give a binding declaration about the order to underwear-shopping.de, OHB Thalheim e.K. with regard to the articles in the shopping cart. Simultaneously you accept our General Terms & Conditions.

7. After a successful order you will receive a concluding order confirmation per e-mail.
