We collect customer reviews in 2 ways:
1. Reviews about our store in general
These are collected via the independent service provider SHOPVOTE. Automatic and manual measures are used to verify ratings (actual purchase transaction is the basis).
All ratings, regardless of whether they are positive, neutral or negative, are published unless they violate the terms of use. We have no way to influence the rating submission and processing.

2. Reviews on individual products in our store
These are collected exclusively via an evaluation invitation by e-mail from customers who have purchased the product in question from us.
The link contained in the e-mail takes customers to an evaluation form for the product they have purchased. It is not possible to submit reviews for other products or products not purchased by the customers in question.
All submitted reviews are automatically published with reference to the regarding product.
