Shipping and payment terms

• Free shipping (no minimum order value).

• Delivery takes place Monday to Saturday. If a post number is provided, delivery to parcel lockers (Packstations), parcel shops and post offices is possible.

• Shipping is carried out via Deutsche Post / DHL or Hermes.

• Delivery time within Germany is approx. 2–5 business days. For international shipments, delivery time is approx. 3–10 business days depending on the destination country. For payments by bank transfer, the delivery period begins after receipt of payment.

• For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply. These are levied by the responsible authorities in the destination country and must be borne by the recipient. They are not included in our free shipping offer.

• In the event of withdrawal, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Payment Methods

If you choose bank transfer (prepayment), you will receive a 5% discount. After completing your order, we will provide you with our bank details (IBAN and BIC). These are also available as a QR code for convenient payment via your banking app.
 

WERO is a European real-time payment system supported by participating banks and savings banks. Payments are made directly from your bank account – without the need to enter any card details.
 

Payment processing for invoice purchase and direct debit is carried out via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. The terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider apply. A PayPal account is not required.

Alternatively, you can also pay directly using your PayPal account. After completing your order, you will be redirected to PayPal where you can log in and complete the payment.

When paying via PayPal, the option “Pay Later” may be available in Germany, allowing you to pay for your order up to 30 days after purchase (subject to availability and credit check by PayPal).

PayPal payment request

After placing your order, you will receive a PayPal payment request immediately – the payment link is included in your order confirmation. You can pay right away, even without a PayPal account (credit or debit card, Apple Pay). Payment is due within 7 days. Only the invoice amount is transmitted.
 

Your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) is processed by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. A Stripe account is not required.

Your card details are transmitted to Stripe in encrypted form only and are never stored in our shop. If your bank requires it, you will be redirected to its secure authentication procedure (3-D Secure).
 

With Apple Pay you pay on your iPhone, iPad or Mac using Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode, without leaving our shop. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.; your card details are not passed on to us.
 

With Google Pay you pay using a card stored in your Google account, without leaving our shop. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.; your card details are not passed on to us.
 

Within Germany, we offer cash on delivery as a payment method. You will pay the invoice amount plus a cash on delivery fee of €6.90. Additional fees charged by the delivery service provider may apply.

Payment is made in cash upon delivery. If the shipment is collected from a post office, payment by debit or credit card may also be possible.
